Every Founder Collection item is part of a limited preorder and is prepared with care. Because many items are made or ordered specifically for each customer, shipping times may be longer than traditional retailers.
Processing Time
Founder Collection orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the preorder period closes unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Some products may ship separately depending on availability.
Estimated Shipping
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International shipping: Not available at this time
Founder Collection Preorders
Items marked as Preorder will not ship immediately.
Estimated shipping windows are listed on each product page. If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship together unless otherwise noted.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

The Reading Raven Shop is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
